At Home Zone Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Items
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in the original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience; smaller accessories can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once your items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
